 The following fees include the accommodation at Laforet Biwako (May 29 - June 3, 5 nights), meals, banquet, and excursion. The registration must be done using the online registration site before May 28, 2016.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

If you have to change or cancel your registration to LEES 2016, we kindly ask you to inform us immediately by email to secretary@lees2016.org. The relevant cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellation before April 30, 2016: Total refund excluding commission fee.
Cancellation after May 1, 2016: no refund.
